Kate Motter Gregorio

Kate Motter Gregorio is an accomplished professional in web UX and design with extensive experience across various roles and companies. Currently serving as the Lead of Website Strategy at Vimeo since May 2024, Gregorio previously held the position of Director of Web UX & Design at Toast, where a data-driven UX design team was developed to enhance business performance. Prior roles include multiple positions at GoTo, where significant contributions to web UX strategy and design optimization were made, as well as a Senior Web Designer role at MathWorks, overseeing branded user experiences. Additional entrepreneurial experience includes owning a baking business, complemented by a solid foundation in design as demonstrated at Northshore Magazine and Pearson Allyn & Bacon. Gregorio holds a BS in Media Arts and Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology.
