Renee MacLeod

Renee M. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI), and sustainability. Currently serving as the Senior Director of DEI & Sustainability at Vimeo since February 2023, Renee previously held the position of Director of Inclusive Marketing at Salesforce from April 2021 to February 2023. Additionally, Renee was the President of the Board of Directors for Families Of Color Seattle (FOCS) from September 2019 to September 2022 and served as Senior Manager of Inclusive Marketing at Tableau Software from April 2019 to April 2021. Earlier roles include Senior Customer Evidence Manager at Smartsheet, Marketing Program Group Manager at Yesler, Project Manager at Volt Technical Resources and The EQUS Group, and Executive Assistant at RealNetworks. Renee holds a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Washington, completed between 2004 and 2006.
