As a Implementation Project Manager at our dynamic benefits administration software company, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful integration of our software solutions with our clients' systems. Your expertise in project management and client relations will help us deliver a superior onboarding experience that aligns with our customers' needs and exceeds their expectations. Job Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate client onboarding initiatives, guiding new clients through every phase, from the preliminary needs assessment to the final handover, ensuring a comprehensive and client-centric transition journey.

  • Champion the adoption of project management excellence, incorporating industry-standard methodologies and frameworks to navigate risks, manage project scopes effectively, and engage stakeholders strategically throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Collaborate with domain experts to conduct a meticulous elicitation of requirements, capturing the full spectrum of the client's operational workflows, strategic imperatives, and technical boundaries.

  • Translate client necessities into precise specifications tailored for the integration of our software suite.

  • Cultivate an extensive documentation repository, curating detailed project roadmaps, requirements specifications, process diagrams, and user scenarios, ensuring clarity and coherence in project communication.

  • Steer collaborative solutioning workshops, uniting stakeholders in a concerted effort to pinpoint and scrutinize potential avenues for tailoring our software to address the unique challenges and aspirations of each client.

  • Serve as the pivotal conduit between clients, technical teams, and internal stakeholders, ensuring a seamless exchange of business imperatives and aligning project aims with organizational strategy.

  • Perform insightful business process analyses, leveraging a consultative approach to identify optimization opportunities and propel the client's operational prowess to new heights via our software platforms.

  • Direct the development and dissemination of tailored training content, confirming that clients are empowered with the knowledge and skills to fully harness the functionality of our software solutions.

  • Apply cutting-edge business analysis tools and methodologies to augment the onboarding protocol, extracting actionable intelligence to steer project trajectories and enhance decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field; PMP and CBAP certifications are highly desirable.

  • 5-7 years of experience in project management with a strong emphasis on business analysis within the software or benefits administration industry.

  • Demonstrated ability in requirements gathering, business process analysis, solutioning, and documentation.

  • Proficiency in using BA tools for modeling processes, data, and systems.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and external clients.

  • Agile and flexible approach to project management, with an ability to adapt to changing requirements and environments.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.

  • Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset, capable of seeing the bigger picture while paying attention to the details.

What We Offer

Base salary: $110,000 to $135,000 annually. Actual compensation offered may vary depending upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
