Ed Sayed is an experienced leader in customer success and professional services, currently serving as Vice President of Customer Success at Vimly Benefit Solutions since May 2018. Sayed oversees the Professional Services and Technical Services teams, as well as the National Accounts and Operations teams, ensuring successful implementation and ongoing support for clients. Prior to Vimly, Sayed held various leadership roles at Vertafore over a decade, significantly contributing to operational management and customer strategy. Earlier experience includes positions at Expeditors as a Business Analyst and at Washington Mutual Savings Bank, where Sayed advanced through multiple roles over 14 years, culminating in a Vice President/Technology Manager position. Sayed's education includes an Associate of Arts degree from Highline College and further studies at the University of Washington.
