Marina Elms

Marina Elms is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in onboarding and teamwork. Currently serving as the Lead Talent Specialist at Vincentian since August 2024, Marina has previously held positions at National Debt Relief, LLC as a People Experience Specialist, and at Interim HealthCare Inc. as a Human Resources Coordinator, where a strong focus on onboarding was maintained. Experience began at Kennywood Park as a Seasonal Team Member and included an internship at Vincentian Collaborative System. Marina holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, graduated Summa Cum Laude from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and also earned an Associate's degree in Business from Community College of Allegheny County. Throughout the academic journey, Marina received the 'Outstanding Student' award, underscoring commitment and excellence in the field.
