Elodie Roumelian

Elodie Roumelian serves as the Directrice Régionale des Ressources Humaines at VINCI Airports since October 2018, managing human resources across six companies and seven regional airports with approximately 400 employees and an additional 500 seasonal staff. Previous experience includes roles as Responsable Ressources Humaines at CAMPENON BERNARD DAUPHINE ARDECHE and GTM BATIMENT, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment, career management, contract administration, and legal compliance. Elodie has also led diversity and inclusion initiatives, including the implementation of the Diversity Label. Educational qualifications include a Master 2 in management and direction of human resources from Groupe IGS Formation Continue and a DESS in clinical psychology from Ecole des Psychologues Praticiens de Paris.
