Danny is responsible for Human Resources Strategy and Planning, Human Resources Business Partners, Organizational Design & Development, and our Employee Services Center.

Danny joined the Southwest Airlines Family in September of 2007 as a Change Leader in Strategic Planning. During his tenure, he has served in Corporate Strategy, Commercial Planning, Commercial Regional Management, and Corporate Services Planning. Prior to joining Southwest, Danny worked in the Human Capital & Change Practice of Deloitte Consulting where he led a number of large-scale transformational initiatives.
