Cédric Lefrancois

Cédric LEFRANCOIS has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Cédric is currently the Compensation and HR Digital Director at VINCI Construction since February 2023. Prior to this role, they held the position of HR Digital Director at the same company from March 2021 to February 2023.

Before joining VINCI Construction, Cédric worked at Eurovia as the Director of Digital HR from October 2018 to March 2021, and as a Project Manager for Digital HR / SIRH from August 2017 to September 2018.

Cédric also has experience at ALTEN, where they were the Manager of SIRH domain from January 2015 to August 2017, and earlier served as a SIRH SAP Project Manager from November 2013 to December 2014.

Cédric's earlier work includes roles at Augusta Reeves - SAP Global Partner, where they worked as a Sap HR / HCM Project Manager from October 2007 to October 2013, and at Generali as an Analyst Programmer for the HR Information System from 2004 to 2007.

Cédric LEFRANCOIS pursued a Master's degree in Management Informatics (MIAGE) from 2004 to 2007, specializing in the field of Business Informatics.
