Charlène Montabrun

Charlene Slapak Lambros, RN, MS, is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in nursing informatics and clinical documentation. Currently serving as the KP HealthConnect Inpatient Application Coordinator at Kaiser Permanente Information Technology since April 2003, Charlene excels in clinical documentation and leads care plan and patient bedside education initiatives. Prior to this role, Charlene worked as a Nursing Systems Analyst at John Muir Medical Center, where implementation of the A4 Healthmatics ED application was a key responsibility. Charlene's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Business Consultant for Kaiser Permanente IT, focusing on convergent medical terminology, and working as a staff nurse in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. Charlene holds a Master's degree in Nursing Informatics from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University.
