Antoine Mazin is a seasoned legal counsel with extensive experience in Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) and concession projects across various international markets. Currently serving as Legal Counsel at VINCI Concessions since July 2016, Antoine has been involved in high-profile projects, including the Lima ring road concession in Peru and the financing of Amazonian Airports in Brazil. Prior experience includes a role as Legal Counsel at Bouygues Construction, where Antoine contributed to significant projects such as the East West Link in Australia and the Metro of Baku in Azerbaijan. Earlier in a career as an Associate at Latournerie Wolfrom & Associés, Antoine provided legal advice to French ministries and local authorities on public procurements. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in local authorities law from Université Panthéon Assas and a Master's degree in international law from Université de Poitiers, complemented by qualification in English law through the Solicitor Regulation Authority.
