Douglas Emmanuel de Souza

Douglas Emmanuel de Souza has a diverse range of work experience in various HR roles. Douglas Emmanuel started as an intern at Renault in 1998 and later worked as a Quality Analyst at CAT Groupe. From 2002 to 2009, they worked in different positions at Bematech, including Strategic Management Coordinator and People and Process Development Manager. Douglas Emmanuel then served as the Human Resources Manager at Colegio Visconde de Porto Seguro from 2009 to 2010. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as an Organizational Development/Human Resources Manager at Buscape Company, a subsidiary of Naspers Limited.
