Anthony Setboune

Anthony Setboune currently serves as the Compensation & Benefits Director and Head of Digital HR at VINCI, a role held since May 2021. Prior to this position, Anthony spent nearly nine years at L'Oréal, where responsibilities included Global Talent Director for the Digital sector, overseeing talent management for 2,800 digital employees, and leading compensation and benefits strategies for the Research & Innovation division. Anthony's extensive experience in HR encompasses roles at Merck, Polyglot Group, STMicroelectronics, Premier Farnell, and FIAT, with a focus on compensation policies, talent management, and recruitment strategies. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Business Administration from EDHEC Business School and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Texas A&M University, complemented by degrees in Applied Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Nice Côte d'Azur.
