Anna Szepka

Anna Szepka has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Their most recent role is as an HR Manager and Employee Experience Manager at Vincit, starting in July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Bilot as an HR Manager and Employee Experience Manager from March 2019 to June 2022, and as a Board and Office Assistant from April 2019 to February 2022. Anna also gained experience as an Office Administrative Assistant at Mexichem from May 2018 to March 2019. Before that, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at Deloitte from January 2011 to October 2012, and as an Executive Assistant at Schmees und Lühn Holz- und Stahlingenieurbau from June 2010 to December 2011. Anna started their career as a Personal Assistant at AG TEST HR from December 2009 to June 2010. Anna also has experience as a Front Desk Receptionist at Sassoon from October 2007 to September 2008, and as a Salesperson at Giorgio Armani from December 2006 to October 2007.

Anna Szepka obtained a Master's degree in History of Art from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu, which they completed between 2001 and 2008. Additionally, in 2021 and 2022, they studied at WSB University, where they pursued a Postgraduate Degree in Management Psychology. Anna also holds several certifications, including Professional Scrum Master II and Professional Scrum Master I, obtained from PeopleCert in July and January 2023, respectively. Anna also completed certifications in Coaching and Mentoring and Leadership and Delegation from Franklin University in February 2022.
