Fanny Sandberg

Fanny Karlsson is an experienced Business Director at Vincit, overseeing daily operations and managing a team of over 80 professionals at the Turku office since January 2019. With a diverse skill set, Fanny has also served as a People Operations Lead, focusing on holistic employee well-being, internal communication, and culture development. Fanny's coaching expertise extends to CrossFit, fulfilling the role of coach at CrossFit East Turku since July 2014. Previous roles include Communications Coordinator at Staria Oyj, HR Trainee at MacGregor Finland Oy, and various positions in communications and customer service. Fanny holds a Master's degree in Organizational Communication and Public Relation and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, complemented by extensive international experience through various educational programs.
