Heidi Ruottinen

Heidi Ruottinen has extensive work experience in the field of business development and consulting. Heidi is currently working as the Business Development Director at Vincit since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Bilot, where they held various roles including Business Lead from April 2019 to June 2022, Managing Consultant in SAP Analytics from March 2012 to March 2019, and Senior Consultant in SAP BusinessObjects from October 2010 to March 2012. Heidi also had a significant tenure at Capgemini Finland, where they worked as a Senior Consultant in SAP Analysis & Presentation Solutions from June 2001 to October 2010.

Heidi Ruottinen earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Technology from Helsinki Business Polytechnic (Helia) from 1999 to 2003. Additionally, they obtained the SAFe® 4 Certified Agilist certification in September 2017 and the Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org in July 2017.
