Mari Kuha

Mari Kuha has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Mari joined Vincit in 2022 as the Chief People Officer, responsible for overseeing HR functions. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2022, they served as the Chief HR Officer at Bilot, where they managed HR operations.

From 2018 to 2020, Mari worked at KONE Corporation as the HR Transformation Lead, contributing to the improvement of the elevator and escalator industry. Before that, they were the Director of HR & Culture at Rightware from 2017 to 2018, focusing on providing digital user interface tools for the automotive industry.

Mari also worked as the VP of HR & Culture at Solteq Oyj from 2011 to 2017, overseeing HR operations for the Nordic IT provider. Mari gained experience in the global information and communication technology space as a Business HR Manager at Fujitsu Services from 2008 to 2010.

In their earlier career, Mari served as an HRD Consultant and Project Manager at Pöyry from 2005 to 2008, leading change management and communication efforts. Mari also worked as a Designer at Chydenius-Instituutti, where they built up a local competence management cluster and served as the MBA program lead from 2004 to 2005. Finally, Mari began their professional journey as a Development Assistant at Pohto from 2001 to 2003.

Throughout their career, Mari has accumulated a wide range of experiences in various industries and has taken on leadership roles in HR, culture, and transformation.

Mari Kuha pursued their education at the University of Oulu from 1999 to 2004. During this time, they completed their Master of Arts in Education, with a focus on Educational Psychology.
