Rachel Valentine

Rachel Valentine has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Rachel started their career in 2012 as a New Media Intern at Steakhaus, where they focused on increasing the online presence of the company and managing social media accounts. Rachel then joined Saritasa in 2012 as a Social Media Manager, responsible for overseeing online activity and contributing to the development of social media strategies. In 2014, Rachel worked at Zuul Labs as a Marketing and Project Manager, where they drove brand strategy, managed the Kickstarter campaign for a game app, and oversaw social media and media communication.

Rachel transitioned to a B2B sales role as an Account Manager at Houzz in 2014, handling marketing program sales to home improvement professionals. Rachel then joined CyberCoders in 2016 as an Executive Recruiter, where they managed end-to-end recruitment services and specialized in technical, healthcare, HR, and accounting recruiting.

In 2018, Rachel took on a leadership role as the Director of Coded in OC, a non-profit collective of tech companies in Orange County. Rachel'sresponsibilities included growing the local economy by encouraging companies to invest in local talent and showcasing Orange County's technology community.

Currently, Rachel is working at Vincit as the Head of People Operations and General Manager of the USA. Rachel joined Vincit in 2017 and has held various positions within the company, including Head of US People Operations and CA Business Operations. Rachel'srole involves supporting business operations, overseeing an acquisition, and managing people operations for Vincit USA. Vincit has been recognized as one of the fastest-growing companies in America.

Rachel Valentine received a BA in Multi-Media Journalism from Bournemouth University between the years 2009 and 2012. In 2017, they completed a Project Management course at Stanford Continuing Studies. Rachel then pursued a Human Resources Management Certification at the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education from 2018 to 2019.
