Riina Blom

Riina Blom started their work experience in 2007 as a Shift Leader at Lidl Suomi. In 2010, they had an internship position as an Accounts Payable Assistant (trainee) at Outotec, where they gained experience in SAP R/3. From 2013 to 2022, they worked at Bilot, starting as a Financial Assistant and progressing to roles such as Financial Coordinator and Administrative Coordinator (Finance and Payroll). Riina'sresponsibilities at Bilot included being the primary payroll contact person, managing various business portals and systems, and being a contact person for external stakeholders. In 2022, they joined Vincit as a Finance Administrator.

Riina Blom completed their Upper Secondary School education at Pohjois-Tapiolan lukio in Espoo from 2002 to 2005, focusing on The Finnish Matriculation Examination. From 2008 to 2010, they pursued a Vocational Qualification in Business and Administration with a specialization in Financial and Office Services at Omnia, Espoon seudun koulutuskuntayhtymä. Currently, they are enrolled at Xamk - South-Eastern Finland University of Applied Sciences, pursuing an Open University of Applied Sciences degree in Business Administration with a focus on Personnel and Financial Services.
