Elisa María Odriozola

Elisa María Odriozola has worked in a variety of roles since 2019. Elisa María began their career as a Practicante in área de Educación Ejecutiva at EGADE Business School del Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2019. In 2020, they moved to Hubble where they held the roles of Human Resources Specialist and Talent Hunting. In 2021, they joined Bond as Talent Programs Lead. Most recently, they are currently working as Business Development Lead at Vinco since 2022.

Elisa María Odriozola is currently pursuing a Licenciatura degree in Psicología Organizacional from Tecnológico de Monterrey, which they started in 2017 and is expected to complete in 2021. In 2020, they attended IPAG Business School, but did not pursue a degree. From 2018 to 2019, they attended VALIA, again without pursuing a degree. In 2018, they obtained a QPR-trained (Question, Persuade, Refer) Gatekeeper certification from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
