Pawan Alamchandani

Pawan Alamchandani is the current Head of HR at Vinculum. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant with Vinculum Solutions Limited from October 2013 to June 2017, where they were instrumental in driving business results, boosting employee morale and engagement. Pawan also worked as an Associate Manager of Human Resources with Vinculum Solutions Limited from February 2012 to October 2013, where they were responsible for designing organization policies and ways of working from scratch, compensation benchmarking and design, devising strategy for talent management and employee lifecycle management, launching of initiatives for employee engagement and employee reward mechanism aligned to business goals, and designed and institutionalized performance review and appraisal mechanism. Prior to joining Vinculum Solutions Limited, Pawan worked as a Summer Intern with the Reserve Bank of India from April 2011 to June 2011, and as an Analyst with Oracle Corporation from July 2008 to May 2010.

Pawan Alamchandani has a PhD in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Gujarat Technological University. Pawan also has an MBA in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis Institute of International Business and a B.Tech in Information Technology from Nirma University. In addition, they have a certification from Carlton Advanced Management Institute (CAMI) in Certified Competency and Performance Developer, a certification from Capstone in Capstone Business Simulation, and a certification from EXIN in ITIL V3.0 Certified. Finally, they have a certification from Oracle University in Oracle Certified Professional.
