Victoria Stubbs started their work experience in 1995 as an Entertainment Team Member at Sealife Centre. Victoria then worked as a Showroom Manager at Flames in 1997 and as a Passenger Service Agent at Norwich International Airport from 1998 to 2001. In 2001, they joined Anglia Yacht Brokers as a Qualified Yacht Broker until 2004. Victoria then moved to Vindis Group, where they held various roles including Group Quality Standards Manager from 2004 to 2008, Group Marketing & Operations Manager from 2009 to 2012, Head of Human Resources from 2012 to 2017, and currently serving as People Director.

Victoria Stubbs Assoc CIPD has a diverse education history. In 1992, they completed their secondary education at Cliff Park High School. From 1996 to 1998, they attended East Norfolk Sixth Form College, where they studied law, psychology, English literature, and general studies.

In 2012, Victoria enrolled in the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), where they pursued a Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management. Victoria successfully completed this diploma in 2014.

Aside from their formal education, Victoria has also obtained certifications in personality profiling. In 2014, they achieved the McQuaig Psychometric Testing Level 2 Qualification. Subsequently, they pursued a McQuaig Psychometric Level 3 Advanced Interpretation Qualification, which they accomplished before 2015.

In the year 2021, Victoria furthered their professional development by attending the Mediation Skills for Managers course at ACAS. Additionally, they completed a Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills at The Skills Network during the same year.

It is worth noting that Victoria has obtained an additional certification, specifically a Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management from CIPD. However, the month and year they obtained this certification are unknown.
