Gorancho Boshkov has been in the hospitality industry since 2003, starting as a Bartender/Sommelier for Celebrity Cruises, Inc. Gorancho then moved to Biltmore Hotel in 2012, where they held the roles of Sommelier/Manager and Bartender. In 2014, they joined Scarpetta at Fontainebleau Miami Beach as Head Sommelier and Sommelier, where they were responsible for providing excellent service in a high-traffic restaurant atmosphere, monitoring inventory, organizing the wine list, monitoring costs, training staff for wine and beverage knowledge and service procedures, and coordinating wine events and tastings. In 2018, they moved to sbe Lifestyle Hospitality as Beverage Manager at the Delano Hotel. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Vine Vault as Wine Collection Advisor and Sommelier/Facility Manager.
Gorancho Boshkov has obtained two certifications in the field of Wine Steward/Sommelier. In 2013, they obtained the Sommelier- Introductory Level certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers. In 2014, they obtained the Certified Sommelier certification also from the Court of Master Sommeliers.
