Kyle Bodmer

Kyle Bodmer is an experienced real estate professional, currently serving as Vice President of Investments at VineBrook Homes LLC since June 2022. Prior to this role, Kyle held various leadership positions at Zillow Group from June 2018 to June 2022, including Vice President of Asset Management & Resale and Vice President of Renovations. Kyle's career also includes significant experience at Invitation Homes as Vice President of Asset Management, Colony American Homes as an Asset Manager, and American President Lines as an Analyst. Kyle holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Arizona. Kyle completed secondary education at Brophy College Preparatory.
