Courtney Foley, SHRM - CP, has extensive experience in talent development and human resources, currently serving as Director of Talent Development and previously holding various HR and management roles at vineyard vines from February 2016 to present. Prior experience includes Area Manager at splendid clothing, a division of VF Corporation, and Store Manager positions at Tilly's and The Buckle. Courtney’s expertise encompasses creating positive workplace environments, innovative merchandising, and enhancing customer service to drive sales. Additionally, Courtney has experience as a Wiiings Team Member at Red Bull North America, Inc., where brand promotion and team training were key responsibilities. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Merchandising, Design, and Production from Iowa State University.
