Padma Vatsavai

Padma Vatsavai has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple roles and industries. Padma started their career as a Junior Software Developer at OverDrive Systems Inc in 1996. Padma then worked as a Software Developer at ABB Automation Inc from July 1996 to July 1999. Following this, they joined APPRO Systems as a Senior Software Developer, where they developed software solutions and documented them. Padma then moved on to become a Technical Lead at APPRO Systems from September 2003 to August 2005, where they provided IT Service Desk Support and improved processes and procedures. Padma then worked at Equifax as a Technical Lead from September 2005 to May 2006, where they mentored team members and addressed escalations. In 2006, they worked as a Software Consultant in a self-employed capacity. Finally, in 2008, they founded their own company, Vinformatix, where they work as the Founder and Software Architect.

Padma Vatsavai completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science at Andhra University. Padma then pursued further education at Cleveland State University, where they obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from 1994 to 1996. In 2018, Padma Vatsavai attended Harvard Business School Executive Education for a program in Entrepreneurial Strategy.
