Eugenio Picca began their career in 2006 as a Marketing Advisor at Millward Brown. In 2007, they moved to CIGNA Healthcare as a Sales Team Manager. In 2009, they founded Viniexport, a B2B web trading platform which match together winemakers with international buyers. In 2013, they founded Ergodic Venture Group.

Eugenio Picca began their education in 2002, when they enrolled in the Universidad Complutense de Madrid to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics. During this time, they also attended the MIB Trieste School of Management. In 2006, they completed their Bachelor's degree and enrolled in EAE Business School to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General. eugenio completed this degree in 2007 and then went on to earn a Master of Business Management (M.B.M.) from IE Business School in 2008.
