Mark Antonvich

Mark Antonvich has a wealth of experience in the legal field, particularly in the chemicals and mining industries. Mark began their career at BHP Minerals, where they served as Senior Corporate Counsel, overseeing mining exploration and production projects globally. Mark then moved on to Enron Global Exploration and Production as Senior Counsel, where they focused on oil and gas transactions. Antonvich later joined Hexion Specialty Chemicals as Executive Vice President and General Counsel, where they advised the CEO and executive team on various issues. Most recently, they held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at Vinmar International Ltd., a Fortune 500 international plastics, chemicals, and fuels group of companies. In this role, they provided strategic guidance and advice to the CEOs and management teams of Vinmar and Lion Copolymers for over 15 years.

Mark Antonvich earned a Juris Doctor degree in Law from Georgetown University Law Center in 1988. Before that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Southern Connecticut State University, with the exact start and end years unknown.
