Anum Aslam

Anum Aslam has three years of experience in the Human Resources field. In 2022, they began their career as an Assistant Manager- HR at VinnCorp. In 2021, they joined HR Ways - Hiring Tech Talent as a Human Resources Generalist, HR Executive, and Management Trainee Program. In the same year, they also began working at REMIRE, a sister company of HR Ways - Hiring Tech Talent, as a Human Resources Executive. In their roles, they have been responsible for technical recruitment for multiple software companies, candidate sourcing, screening, telephone interviews, resume, interview scheduling, interview feedback, salary/rate negotiations, and relocation strategy. Additionally, they have practiced numerous sourcing strategies including referral generation, ad placement, position posting, direct sourcing/cold calling, and networking to develop a qualified pool of candidates. At REMIRE, they have helped offshore companies to hire employees with proper compliance and local presence to accomplish business goals and mitigate loss.

Anum Aslam received their Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from Iqra University (Official) in 2021, having studied for Honors/Regents High School/Secondary Diploma Program. Prior to that, they completed their Intermediate degree from Army public college saddar in 2016, majoring in Biology/Biological Sciences, General. Anum is currently pursuing their Master of Business Administration - MBA from Iqra University (Official).
