Martin Palmér

Martin Palm is an experienced IT professional currently serving as Tjänsteansvarig at Folksam since February 2020. Previously, Martin worked at Tieto for over a decade, holding various roles including Information Technology Service Delivery Manager, where responsibilities included managing IT infrastructure delivery for a Swedish bank and establishing new customers at an operational level. Martin also excelled as an Information Technology Operations Manager and Problem Manager for a large Nordic insurance company, ensuring effective delivery of IT services and adherence to ITIL standards. Earlier experience includes roles as an Incident Management Specialist and Service Desk Technician, as well as an IT consultant at Wise IT. Martin holds a degree from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, completed in 2006.
