Per Flitig

Per Flitig has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. In 2023, they worked as the CTO at Vinoteket.com and also owned their own consulting company, Flitig Consulting AB. From 2017 to 2023, they worked at Sopra Steria, starting as a Team Lead Web & Senior Software Engineer and later becoming the Personnel Manager & Senior Software Engineer. During their time at Sopra Steria, they were responsible for coaching consultants, hiring, business development, sales, recruitment, and software engineering. In 2022, they worked as a Solutions Architect (consultant) at Clas Ohlson and as a Frontend Developer (consultant) at Inera AB. From 2020 to 2021, they were a Frontend Developer (consultant) at Skolverket, and from 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Solutions Architect/Developer (consultant) for multiple transportation companies. In 2017, they were a Frontend Developer (consultant) for ICA Gruppen. In 2018, they briefly worked as a Course Leader (consultant) at Medieinstitutet, and from 2016 to 2017, they were a Frontend Developer (consultant) at Arbetsförmedlingen.

Per Flitig completed their education in a chronological order as follows:

From 2006 to 2011, Per attended KTH Royal Institute of Technology, where they pursued a Master's degree (MSc) in Physics and Mathematics.

Prior to that, from 2002 to 2004, Per studied at Nackademin and completed a Qualified Vocational Education program. During this time, they focused on web development, programming, and database design.

From 1998 to 2001, Per Flitig attended MediaGymnasiet and obtained their high school diploma. Their studies at MediaGymnasiet emphasized graphic design and desktop publishing.

In addition to their formal education, Per has obtained several certifications. In April 2021, they obtained the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org. Later, in December 2022, they acquired the Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II) certification, also from Scrum.org. Additionally, in December 2022, Per obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft.
