Juergen Doerr

Juergen Doerr is an accomplished hospitality executive with extensive leadership experience in the hotel industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Wharf Hotels since May 2025, Juergen previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Vinpearl from November 2022 to December 2024. Earlier roles include Group General Manager at Sino Hotels and The Fullerton Hotels & Resorts, as well as General Manager positions at Shangri-La Group and its various properties. Juergen's career in hospitality began at The Regent Hotel London and Hyatt Regency, demonstrating a strong foundation in food and beverage management, which has contributed to a successful trajectory in hotel operations and management over several decades.
