Amada Montoya

Amada Montoya has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Amada began their career as an Assistant Manager at RadioShack in 2013 and worked there until 2015. Following this, they joined Golden Living as a Certified Nursing Assistant from 2015 to 2016. In 2016, they transitioned to T-Mobile as a Mobile Expert, where they focused on building strong customer relationships and providing comprehensive sales solutions.

In 2020, Amada joined Risk Compliance Management as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant, where they worked until 2021. During their time there, they gained experience in HR administrative tasks.

In 2021, Amada joined Blue Rock Management LLC as a Human Resources Coordinator. In this role, they played a crucial part in recruitment, onboarding, and providing HR support to employees of all levels. Amada also conducted training sessions, managed employee data, and ensured compliance with legal requirements. Amada stayed with Blue Rock Management LLC until 2022.

Currently, Amada is employed at Vintage Wine Estates as a Human Resources Coordinator. In this role, they continue to contribute to HR activities, and starting from January 2023, they will assume the position of Human Resources Generalist.

Amada Montoya holds a Master's degree in Organizational Management, which they pursued from The University of Arizona Global Campus from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed an Associate's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Santa Rosa Junior College, from 2019 to 2020. Amada began their educational journey by obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Sonoma State University, where they studied from 2012 to 2017.
