Marius Păltănea

Marius Păltănea has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Marius started their career in 2006 as a Full Stack Software Developer at Dyve, working on projects ranging from web-based order fulfillment apps to desktop medical solutions. Marius then transitioned to a Tech Lead role at Dynamic Ventures, leading small teams on multiple projects and assisting customers with product decisions. Marius later became an Engineering Manager, overseeing the entire lifecycle of projects and managing a team of six engineers. In 2019, Marius joined Dynamic Ventures, Inc. as a Senior Technical Product Manager, where they led the delivery of B2B products utilizing computer vision and machine learning. Marius grew the product from scratch to being used by thousands of clients and managed client relationships and stakeholder negotiations. Currently, Marius works as a Product Manager at Vio.com, formerly known as FindHotel.

Marius Păltănea pursued their education in a chronological manner. Marius started their academic journey at Colegiul National de Informatica "Grigore Moisil" from the year 2000 to 2004, where they focused on computer science. Following this, from 2004 to 2008, Marius attended the Transilvania University of Brasov for their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Later, in 2008, they furthered their education at the same institution, completing a Master's degree in Algorithms and Software Products. Marius continued to enhance their skills and knowledge by obtaining a certification in Speaking Confidently and Effectively from LinkedIn in November 2021.
