Rachel Lessig

Rachel values relationship building and collaboration to develop meaningful and successful PR strategies. She is passionate about making a difference in local communities and helping non-profit organizations achieve their goals.

Rachel holds a B.A. in Political Science and B.A. in Communication with a concentration in Public Relations and Journalism from Monmouth University. At Monmouth, she was vice president of Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA), a student-run PR firm, where she helped non-profit organizations like Redeem Her, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and the Turner Syndrome Foundation implement PR strategies. She was also a member of Phi Sigma Sigma, Phi Eta Sigma and the National Political Science Honor Society.

Rachel was awarded the Future PR Pro Award by PRSSA in her senior year. She first joined the Violet PR team as an intern in January 2022 and transitioned to full-time following graduation.
