Laurie Niles

Laurie Niles worked as the Editor and Publisher for Violinist.com starting in December 1996. Laurie also worked as a Violinist and violin teacher for Classical Music starting in 1986. Additionally, Laurie worked as a Violinist for Free-Lance LA from 2000 to 2010 and for the Pasadena Symphony from 2000 to 2007. Prior to their music career, Laurie worked as a Reporter for the Omaha World-Herald from 1992 to 1996.

Laurie Niles completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music from Northwestern University in the years 1986 to 1990. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Journalism from Indiana University Bloomington between 1990 and 1993.
