Anél Visser

Anél Visser has extensive work experience in laboratory operations and management. Anél is currently the Director of Laboratory Operations at Viome since January 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Laboratory Manager at Tufts Medical Center from September 2019 to January 2021. Anél also served as a Laboratory MultiSite Director at MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center from January 2018 to September 2019. Additionally, Anél was a Core Lab Manager at Cape Cod Healthcare from October 2012 to November 2015 and a Customer Relationship Management Specialist at New York Blood Center from January 2010 to October 2012.

Anél Visser obtained a Master's degree in Biological and Biomedical Sciences from Jefferson Health, which was from 1997 to 2000. After that, they pursued a degree in Biomedical Science and technology from the University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria, which was from 1989 to 1992.
