Erik Anderson

Erik Anderson is currently the Director at Viome. Prior to this, they were with Microsoft for over 4 years, where they led various product management and research teams. Erik was most recently the Sr Director Product (GPM) and Research for Viva Insights, where they were responsible for driving innovation through partnerships with academic institutions and customers. Before that, they were the Director for M365 Workplace Intelligence Customer Solutions, where they led the development and scale of customer success, customer consulting, and business operations. Erik has a proven track record in building and scaling high performing global teams and driving data-driven transformation at some of the largest companies in the world.

Erik Anderson has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington. Erik also has two certificates from North Carolina State University, one in Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and the other in Lean Six Sigma. Erik is certified in Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt from North Carolina State University.
