Josh Gilman

Josh Gilman has a strong and diverse work experience in the field of information technology and cybersecurity. Josh is currently serving as the Chief Information and Cybersecurity Officer at ViON Corporation since January 2021. Prior to this, Josh had their own consultancy as a Virtual CIO, where they provided executive IT leadership to growing organizations, developed strategies, and executed plans to align IT with corporate goals.

Before their self-employment, Josh worked as the Vice President of Information Technology at Kirlin Design Build from July 2020 to March 2022. Josh was responsible for overseeing IT operations and implementing technology solutions.

From August 2017 to November 2019, Josh served as the Senior Director of Digital Innovation & Operational Marketing at Schneider Electric. In this role, they led teams and worked on various digital innovation projects.

Josh also has experience working as the Chief Information & Cyber Security Officer at Middleburg Bank from November 2014 to July 2017. During their tenure, they played a vital role in introducing technology innovations, managing cybersecurity programs, and enhancing customer-facing technology services.

Additionally, Josh worked as the Senior Director of Information Technology & Managed Services at Schneider Electric from January 2012 to November 2014. Josh successfully provided IT program leadership and managed a large team, ensuring the achievement of sales goals.

Starting from January 2009 to December 2012, Josh held the position of Vice President of Information Technology and later became the Director of IT at Lee Technologies. Josh managed IT operations, enhanced customer touchpoints, and increased security and operational efficiencies.

Earlier in their career, Josh gained experience working in IT Support at Manassas City Public Schools from 1996 to 2001.
