Shirman Pangilinan has extensive experience in service delivery and application support, currently serving as a Service Delivery Manager at VIOOH since January 2020, previously holding the role of Technical Support Engineer. Prior to this, Shirman worked at Trapeze Group as an Application Support Specialist from June 2011 to December 2019, providing 2nd and 3rd line support for applications used by clients such as London Buses. Earlier experience includes a position as a Change Analyst at Transport for London from April 2003 to June 2011, focusing on service changes, documentation updates, and managing SLAs and OLAs. Shirman began a career in data configuration with a degree from Holy Family College, completed between 1990 and 1995.
