Cynthia Hernandez

Cynthia Hernandez, PHR, is the Chief People Strategist at VIP Structures since December 2017. Prior to this, Cynthia held the position of Director of Organizational Development and Talent Manager at Housing Visions Unlimited, Inc from August 2014 to December 2017. Cynthia also worked as an Employment Manager at Catholic Charities of Onondaga County from January 2011 to August 2014 and as an HR Specialist at Liberty Resources from February 2006 to December 2010. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Sociology from Queens College and is a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certified by the HR Certification Institute.
