Andrea Little

Andrea Little has a strong background in management and operations, with extensive experience in the insurance and technology industries. Andrea is currently serving as the VP of Recruiting & Retention at VIQ Solutions, where they are responsible for overseeing the company's recruitment efforts. Prior to this role, Andrea held the position of Director of Insurance Services at VIQ Solutions, where they played a crucial role in the company's success and growth by leading and executing all aspects of insurance production and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Before joining VIQ Solutions, Andrea worked at HomeTech Inc., where they held several executive-level positions. As Executive Vice President, they were responsible for managing and implementing initiatives to drive quality control for the organization. Andrea also served as the Senior Vice President of Operations, where they mentored department managers, evaluated processes, and traveled to client locations to gather feedback. Prior to that, Andrea held the role of General Operations Manager, where they directed a large staff and served as the main point of contact for clients. Andrea began their career at HomeTech Inc. as a Processor/Proofreader/Lead Trainer.
