Alexa Devita Pharmd

Alexa DeVita PharmD, MBA, RPh has diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Alexa is currently serving as the Associate Director of Competitive Intelligence & Strategy at Vir Biotechnology, Inc. Prior to this role, they worked at Ipsen as a Senior Manager in Business Integrated Insights - Rare Disease. Alexa also has experience working at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson, where they held various roles, including Market Research Manager and Manager of Specialty Pharmacy & Patient Access Analytics. Additionally, they have served as an Adjunct Faculty Member at Rutgers University and has gained experience as a Student Pharmacist at Hyvee Rx. Furthermore, Alexa has worked as a Graduate Student Research Assistant and Graduate Teaching Assistant at Drake University. Alexa also has previous internship experience at Johns Hopkins Hospital and SwedishAmerican, A Division of UW Health. Alexa's diverse background and expertise make their a valuable asset in the pharmaceutical industry.

Alexa DeVita has a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Drake University, which they obtained between 2014 and 2018. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies in Molecular and Cellular Biology at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2010 to 2014. Alexa also holds additional certifications including a Licensed Pharmacist certification from the Pennsylvania Board of Pharmacy, a Basic Life Support Provider certification from the American Heart Association, and an Immunization Certificate from The Collaborative Education Institute.
