Jim Wendorff

Jim Wendorff has extensive work experience in human resources. Jim started their career as a Human Resources Manager at United and Childrens Hospital in 1987. From 1989 to 1995, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Owatonna Hospital. In 1995, Wendorff joined Viracon as the Vice President of Human Resources, where they led the HR department of a multi-site, international manufacturing company. Their responsibilities included employee relations, compensation, benefits, employee health, and managing the HR team.

Jim Wendorff obtained their Bachelor's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Minnesota State University, Mankato, from 1980 to 1982. Jim further pursued higher education and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of St. Thomas between 1989 and 1996.
