Madhu Pillai is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales recruiting and business development. Currently serving as a Senior Sales Recruiter at Virat Solutions INC since 2020, Madhu previously held the position of Senior Executive in Marketing and Business Development at Refracto from September 2018 to 2020. Madhu also gained valuable practical knowledge during an industrial training stint at Chevrolet India in mid-2012, focusing on the combustion process and automotive systems. Academically, Madhu earned a Bachelor's Degree from Gokaraju Rangaraju Institute of Engineering and Technology between 2013 and 2016 and holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Govt.
