Craig Hanmer

Craig Hanmer currently serves as the Senior Forecasting & Planning Manager at Virgin Atlantic since August 2023. Prior to this role, Craig held the position of Senior Resource Planning Manager at Ultra Intelligence & Communications from November 2021 to August 2023, where responsibilities included leading the strategic S&OP process and ensuring optimal staffing for engineering and operational needs. From January 2017 to November 2021, Craig was the Head of Resource Planning at Metro Bank (UK), overseeing resource control for over 5,000 colleagues across multiple departments and managing departmental budgets. Craig also worked as a Forecasting & Planning Manager at Metro Bank, creating resource plans and reporting on budget variances to senior executives. Craig's early career includes a role in Resource Planning at British Airways from November 2011 to December 2016. Education was obtained from University College Cork in 2002.
