Matt Coombs

Matt Coombs has extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as a Maintenance Control Engineer at Virgin Atlantic Airways since September 2007. In this role, Matt is accountable for the effective supervision of aircraft and maintenance teams, ensuring adherence to maintenance plans and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Previous to this position, Matt worked for British Airways from September 1989 to August 2007, where roles included Certifying Aircraft Engineer - Avionics and Licenced Aircraft Engineer. Matt's educational background includes studies at East Surrey College.
