Abbie Reaburn

Abbie Reaburn is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in corporate communications and stakeholder engagement. Currently serving as the General Manager of Corporate Communications and Reputation at Virgin Australia since June 2021, Abbie previously held the position of Head of People Communications. Prior to Virgin Australia, Abbie worked at Bank of Queensland as a Senior Corporate Affairs Business Partner and at Westpac Group in various senior communications roles, including Senior Communications Manager for both the Business Bank and Corporate Communication divisions. Abbie's career also includes managing internal communications at BDO LLP and serving as State Development Officer for the Public Relations Institute of Australia. Abbie began the professional journey as a National Sales Coordinator at Calidad Distributors and as a Freelance News Producer at Channel Seven. Abbie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, specializing in Broadcast Journalism from Charles Sturt University.
