Cheryl Embery is an experienced leader in business development and customer success, currently serving as the Head of Business Development at Virgin Australia since October 2024, where responsibilities include overseeing a team across major Australian cities to enhance corporate market share. Prior to this role, Cheryl held the position of Head of Customer Success - APAC at Dotdigital, managing teams across multiple countries to drive revenue growth and retention. Cheryl’s extensive background includes leadership positions at Class Ltd, Emirates, Air New Zealand, and Etihad Airways, where Cheryl consistently managed teams to achieve sales targets and develop strategic initiatives in corporate and leisure segments. Cheryl holds a Certificate III in Retail Travel and Tourism from TAFE NSW.
