Dario Paolini

Dario Paolini is currently the Organisational Development Lead at Virgin Australia, where Dario delivers support in Culture, Talent, Leadership Development, and DE&I initiatives. Prior to this role, Dario held positions such as Employer Brand & Project Lead at Virgin Australia and Employer Brand Lead at APM. Dario's experience also includes working as the Head of Employer Brand at Flight Centre Travel Group and as the Regional Marketing Manager at IDP Education Ltd. Additionally, Dario founded Grand Brands, a brand communications agency, and holds a Diploma of Leadership & Management from Swinburne University of Technology, a Bachelor of Product Design (Marketing) from QUT, and completed the Marketing Week Mini MBA with Mark Ritson.
