Isaac Dawson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management consulting and strategic roles across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager of SME Strategy and Insights at Virgin Australia since November 2021, Isaac previously held positions at CARS24 Australia as Head of Operational Strategy and Logistics, and at Partners in Performance as a Manager involved in projects across Australia, New Zealand, Southeast Asia, the United States, and the United Kingdom. Isaac's earlier career includes technical and project management roles as an Electrical Engineer at GHD and as an Undergraduate Electrical Engineer at Laing O'Rourke, contributing to significant infrastructure projects. Isaac was also selected for the prestigious UBS Finance Academy, recognizing exceptional talent in finance education. Isaac holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical) from Queensland University of Technology and completed the Leading Continuous Improvement Programme at INSEAD in 2021.
